Mindful Tweens is specifically designed for kids who are transitioning from childhood into adolescence. All sorts of changes begin to happen during this in-between stage of growing up. Finding a healthy balance amid these changes can often feel challenging for children in terms of how they feel about themselves, their relationships, and their connection to the world. What better way to help your child negotiate this time of transition than through mindfulness! Each week, we will explore a new component of the acronym BREATHE: B=body and breath awareness R=reflections E=emotions A=attention T=tenderness H=healthy habits of mind E=empowerment There are several openings still available.
