Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training in Fort Collins! March 25th- May 6th This training is a blend of meditation, body awareness, yoga, and discussion. Mindfulness practice contributes to one’s health and well-being, as well as strengthens one’s inner resources of mind and body. How do you know if this course is for you? • Would you like to increase your ability to focus and be present? • Would you like to reduce stress, tension, and distractions? • Would you like to improve your overall sense of well-being? If you answer yes to any of the above questions, consider enrolling in this training. MBSR is an evidence based intervention developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. This program is internationally known and is broadly researched. MBSR has benefited tens of thousands of people, including those with chronic stress and health conditions. Facilitators: Kim Bundy-Fazioli, LCSW, Ph.D. **Kim is both a practitioner and an educator spanning 30+ years. She sought to learn mindfulness skills in an attempt to decrease anxiety, find balance, and increase well-being. In this quest, she - like the rest of the world - discovered the benefits of mindfulness. She attended MBSR teachers training and has since been educating others in mindfulness-based skills. Viviane Ephraimson-Abt, LPCC, Ms. Ed. **Since 2002, Viviane has enjoyed teaching mindful practices for groups and individuals. She has training and experience in a variety of mindfulness interventions. She is a graduate of the Hakomi Institute for mindfulness based psychotherapy. She is a mentor and leader in the Community for Mindful Living, a trainer for the Center for Council, and a facilitator for Personal Leadership: Making a World of Difference. She knows from personal experience how practicing mindfulness fosters resilience and well-being.
