Mini Ham Quiche’s (makes 12) Use cheap sliced ham for a base. Basically, use the ham to line bun cases (held together in a bun tin) and spoon the mix into them. The mix is 3 eggs and 1 tub of very low fat cottage cheese. i like to add a pinch of mixed herbs to the 3 eggs and 1 tub cottage cheese mix and put a slice of tomato and salt and pepper on top. Then bake at around 200 degrees c for around 15 mins
