Minimum wages are training wages, not career wages. What unions - TopicsExpress

Minimum wages are training wages, not career wages. What unions should ACTUALLY be fighting for instead of higher minimum wages, is time limits on how long an employer can pay the minimum wage. For unskilled jobs, since little training is required, that period should be no longer than 3 to 6 months. And banning repeated layoffs and rehiring to reset the clock as well. ginandtacos/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/replacement.png
