Minister Orders Suspension of All employees of The Science & Tech Deptt Kupwara =>Law and Parliamentary Minister Mir Saif-u-llah has directed Deputy Commissioner Kupwara to suspend all the employees of the science and technology department in the district for allegedly demanding bribe in distribution of the solar lights. Sources told KNS that several people from the area had approached the Minister complaining against the Science and Technology department saying that the employees were asking for bribe against the allotment of solar lights. The sources added that following the complaint, Minster rushed to the go down and distributed all the solar lights himself in presence of the Deputy Commissioner and other senior officers. Mir later directed the Dy Commissioner Kupwara to put all the employees in the cell under suspension pending probe. An enquiry into the allegations has also been initiated.
