Minister lashes out at congress critics on state division Hyderabad: Stating that every issue has a lasting solution, Tribal Welfare Minister P. Balaraju here on Tuesday said there was a definite solution to the bifurcation of the State. He hastened to add that he cannot answer right now when the solution to the crisis would be found. Speaking to the media, Balaraju took exception to the argument that the Congress high command had taken a decision to bifurcate the State to pave the way for Rahul Gandhi to become Prime Minister. Ridiculing such a meaningless campaign, the minister said the AICC vice-president can become Prime Minister of the country even at this moment if he is willing to steer the nation. But putting the Congress party on the mat saying that bifurcation decision was taken to make Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister was totally wrong and mischievous. Lashing out at the Opposition parties for saying one thing in the State and another in the national capital, Balaraju advised the former to refrain from throwing blame on the Congress party. He asserted that the Congress party takes any decision in the interests of the people’s welfare but not for the sake of votes and political gains. Replying to a question, the Tribal Minister said he has no information about the talk that Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy was contemplating to float a new party in the wake of CWC decision to divide the State. He said as a loyal party soldier, he would stand by the decision of the Congress.
