Ministry is more then being in the Church, Ministry suppose to pour out of the four wall into others life and in the community, I believe that ministry is when someone come into your presence broken heart and in a bad situation and you shut-up and truly listen to their story, and allow God to first minster to you as they share their situation, even as they tell the story crying with tear in their eyes, only speak what the HolySpirit leads you to speak and through it all when everything have been said and the prayer have been render, when they came into your present hopeless, but everything that was said and done by you and the HolySpirit, change their situation of thinking into a praise of believing that God is making a difference right now, so the tears of sadness, became the tear of joy, now that is true ministry.
