You are therefore requested to attend an urgent meeting of Controlling Officers and Heads of Public Institutions that has been scheduled for Friday 31st October 2014 at 14.30 hrs. The meeting will be held at Government Complex and will discuss guidelines for handling financial and economic matters during this period. It is important that you attend this meeting in person.
