Minor A quarter-final: Turloughmore Hurling 5-25 beat Kinvara 0-12. We well beaten. Still have to admire the spirit shown by some of our lads who battled on although being well beaten. Turloughmore got two goals in the last two minutes, and overall were much superior. So thats brings an end to our Minor season. We played 7 matches, won 4, drew 1 and lost 2. Overall we would have learnt a lot, and its great to be playing the best teams in Minor A in the county. Thanks to all the management and the players, especially those players who worked hard during the year, and trained and turned up today and gave it their all. Best of luck to Turloughmore in the rest of the campaign. From what weve seen with the other teams, I think they much superior to whats out there, and should, if keep focused, retain their title.
