#Minsk #Hockey Championship sets a new attendance #record. 2014 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Minsk has taken over Pragues Championship attendance record. This happened yesterday when 22 245 people attended the first two QF matches. The total number of spectators at games in Minsk Arena and Chizovka Arena has beeen estimated at 558 763 people, while the previous number in #Prague was 552 097 after the championship had been completed. There are still two semi-finals and a final game on schedule, so the given number is likely to grow.
