Minutes of Setu and Siuea Family Reunion 2015 Meeting held in Taupo on 25 October 2014 Present: Matua Lifa Soli, Matua Pulapula Pereira, Eka Soli-Mafoe, Setu Pereira, Lina Soli, Aviu Senitu, Ivale Lepaio, Ato Senitu, Ailini Senitu, Jonathan Potusa Apologies: Wellington kaiga Minutes: Emele Potusa Thanks be to God first and foremost Aim: To have our family reunion on the Labour weekend 24-26 October 2015 Venue: Our family reunion will be held in Taupo because it is central to Auckland and Wellington. Business: 1. Setu and Aviu will oversee the venues/accommodation in Taupo 2. Tiaki will design our family tree 3. Nouata and Malaki will design our T-shirts 4. Eka will organise our montage so please could all families if you have photos of our all our loved ones past and present please contact Eka 5. For catering purposes please we need to know numbers of people attending our family reunion before Christmas 2014. 6. Families representing from Wellington, Napier, Taupo ,Hawaii and Auckland please prepare your items to share at our family reunion. 7. Our next meeting will be held on 7th February 2015 Waitangi weekend in Taupo The children of Setu and Siuea: Aviu, Reupena, Vaovasa, Tai, Atolefo, Simeona, Salapima, Solonaima, Pulapula and Falefatu.
