Minutes of meeting held on 28-10-2014 1. Accounts at zonal level will be checked by a team of auditors very soon. All the zonal Presidents are therefore informed to keep their record up to date. Likewise accounts at district level too be audited. And finally the cash book of core group will be audited by a team of all the district presidents. 2. All the district presidents were informed to conduct the meetings at district level and submit the reports thereof to the core group. Likewise all the zonal Presidents must conduct meeting with teachers and accordingly inform the district body. 3 Fund raising has been the main weakness our part. Efforts be made to collect the outstanding amount and deposit it with the district treasure under proper receipt. It may be mentioned here that future strategy depends upon availability of funds. 4. All the available resources be used to mobilise teachers. 5 Attention be paid towards the coordination of teachers with zonal body, that of zonal body with district body and finally district bodies must coordinate and cooperate with the provincial body.
