Minutes of the Craeberne Forest Property Owners Association Board Meeting May 13, 2014 Attending: Charles Barrett (President), Allen Gendreau (Vice-President), Marsha Fau (Secretary) I. The meeting was called to order by Charles Barrett at 7:30 pm II. Minutes from the April 15, 2014 Board meeting were approved III. Treasurers Report A. On May 6, 2014 the Board received a written notice of resignation from the Treasurer, Maureen Schurman. No Treasurers report was available. Due to these circumstances the remaining three members of the Board made the following decisions: 1. The Board will be a three-person Board for the remainder of 2014 and until new Board members are elected by the Association for 2015. Marsha Fau will become the Secretary/Treasurer 2. In an attempt to have a current and correct accounting of the finances the Association will retain the firm of Carr, Riggs and Ingram to provide quarterly accounting and reports. No additional monies need to be collected, as there is currently money in the budget that can be re-allocated for this purpose 3.The Board will request from Alan Snow that he become a non-voting assistant Secretary IV. Old Business and New Business A. Due to the length of discussion regarding the roles of Secretary and Treasurer all agenda items will be placed on the May 27, 2014 agenda V.The next Board meeting will be May 27, 2014 at 7:30 pm.
