Mirror holders Don’t be afraid of the mirror holders. They help us transform and move forward x u will like yourself much more by the time they have finished with you x you will know yourself much better. You will feel release and reprieve that you no longer behave a certain way; a certain way that made you feel uncomfortable anyway but you did not know how to stop or even that there was an alternative to it. It’s about honesty, not getting by. Honesty that could cost you. Awareness that might hurt other peoples sensibilities. Mirror holders turn up to propel you into your future. Where as others moan and bicker at you, raise an eyebrow, tut. Mirror holders will hold up your behaviour to you and ask you to explain it, without excuse. It’s tough when the mirror holders come along. It’s difficult emotionally to say the least. Just remember they are not there to hurt you.
