Misguided Missiles at all times. "Federo" or Federation was not meant to calm a few Tribes from insurgency. A Federation means every well gazetted section of the country such as Territories, Tribal Kingdoms, Counties or even States govern themselves at their government levels while the Federal government governs for all people. There are bad roads in Uganda for instance because that would the responsibility of a State government to construct and maintain them while the Federal government would be responsible only for Motorways, Autobahns, and Highways connecting or linking up the States. The Federal government of Uganda or the United Kingdom of Uganda or at best the (UKU) would be responsible for Immigration, Industry , Defence, Taxation, University Education only for example, as Primary, Secondary and Polytechnic or Tertiary College Education would be the concern of State or Kingdom governments. The United Kingdom (UK) is made up of "kingdoms" of Wales, England, Northern Ireland and Scotland while Australia has 6 States of New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania and 2 Territories of the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory however, the USA has even more States and Territories that are (self-governing) read autonomous! This is Not stuff for Megalomaniacs eh!
