Education system is on the verge of ruin ,as compared to private secondary schools . Government schools are badly suffering from mismanagement and political upheavals ,the recently concerned for no any examination had been given to the students of mayen Abun secondary school and kuajok national secondary school since the time of school openings up to now , teachers are still continue teaching in school without testing the students by giving them a first term examination , the school mismanagement have exposed the plight of government schools and their mismanagement ,with almost six months without provide examin to the learning students at schools , this will give students to lost their credibility , even it discouragement students from learning . Given the current trend ,it is impossible to change te president state of affairs without taking strong steps to improve the schools mismanagement . The students enrolled in government schools and private schools have similar curriculum text books and more or less similar social and political environment ,when it comes to south Sudan school certificate (SSSC) examinations , students enrolled in private schools always outshine the government schools . Government schools have more qualified and highly paid teachers than private schools ,enjoying a greater job security ,despite the low pay and lack of job security ,teacher in private schools have been doing much better given the result of good performance of their students in schools . Although the government teachers receive all salaries and fatty benefits ,what they do not have is any accountability towards the community ,school and students , as the private schools need to be competitive to servive ,their management is always concerned about the teaching exercise , this is not so with the government schools ,whether there is a strike or no strike and good result or bad results ,government schools teachers continue to receive their salaries . Had the government teachers been made accountable to the students and community , the situation would have been much different with better results . Political parties continue to use teachers for political mobilization ,nothing can change . As government schools are not being kept under the chain of command of principals ,the schools are turning into centre of politics instead of learning ,these are the causes for poor administration in Mayen Abun secondary school and kuajok national secondary school .
