Miss Dixie Hall was an animal lover, as well as a people-lover. She started a program called AnimalLand in Franklin and used much time and effort to rescue injured wildlife and large animals. She was very instrumental in forming a therapeutic horseback riding program, which still exists as Saddle-Up. Miss Dixie and Husband Tom T. were integral parts of the Bluegrass and Country Music worlds. Dixie will be missed. Much love to Tom T. - Lynn
