Miss Dutchess has been trying to tell us ... Ultrasound showed : severe diffuse infiltration of the liver consistent with aggressive neoplasia. Extensive cancer most likely cause. In my opinion prognosis is very bad. If we pursue next steps that would be to biopsy the liver to obtain a more firm diagnosis. Expectations then would be some type of chemo treatment but with the extensiveness of the liver changes I can not offer great expectations for improvement.
