Miss Mondo Fitness Glam glam hitting up a bit of upper body awesomeness. This session is programmed to boost up strength and create more balance. The low reps and long rests in the first 2 sets with a Bench Press with Chains and Chin up are getting Danielle super strong! The next part of the workout is all about toning and helping to create more balance at her shoulders. Most of us are tight through the chest with weak external rotators so in-between sets we were stretching her chest, lats and thoracic and then mostly focusing around pulling exercise to strengthen her back. One of my personal favs is the face pulls for this.
