Miss Sammie Jo, a beagle mix, needs a forever home. She was on the streets for at least 2 months we know of, after being left when her owners moved. She is 1-2 years old, weighs 37 pounds, is heartworm negative, micro chipped, up to date on shots, spayed, and ready for her forever home. She walks great on a leash, loves to ride in the car, is crate trained, housebroken and loves to play. She is slow to warm, but once she has a human, she is all yours. She does great with other dogs, but would do best with bigger dogs as she loves to play rough. She lives with two dog savvy cats and just ignores them; she will walk by them and look but has no aggression towards them. She just wants to be loved. She is a very smart little girl and would be great at agility; she is very fast and very intelligent. She knows sit and we are working on stay.
