Missals or Medicine Outbreak In plight of so many radio announcements to vaccinate our children due to the Missals outbreak. As a concerned parent like so many of us, I would like to air that even though this advice was given & is currently going on. I regret to inform you all that I have taken my children to the Port Moresby General Hospital in the past two (2) weeks only to be turned back due to NO MEDICINE. Why announce such Notices when we cannot even provide the necessary basic services to combat this outbreak? Can the relevant persons or Dept care to elaborate why certain basic Medical functions weren’t readily provided/available before misleading the general public whom now a day’s strive to earn a living & cannot afford to catch a four way bus fare to & from the require destination only to be turned away. Get your act together before notifying us the general public & remember that most of us are subsistence farmers whom depend heavily on Government Health Services. Frustrated Citizen
