Unfortunately, cases as Phylicia Barnes, Amanda Berry and now missing 8 yr old Relisha Rudd are very difficult circumstances no family wants to endure; are rapidly increasing. Radio Personality Anthony McCarthy and his WEAA 88.9 listeners were provided safety tips, updates on Marylands processes and procedures for finding missing children and where missing persons flyers can be created; Something, that many assumed were produced by law enforcement.
