Missing among the reports on Russias invasion of the Ukraine is this: - prior to 1994, Ukraine had a sizeable military AND a considerable nuclear force...sufficient to be considered a deterrent to aggression - in 1994, Bill Clinton (and the UK, Ireland, Russia, and France) signed-on granting Ukraine diplomatic promises to protect her from aggression IF she would downsize her military and get rid of her nuclear deterrent - this diplomatic agreement was renewed in 2009 by (guess who)...B. Hussein Obama! Ladies and gentlemen, whether we like it or not, ours is a world fraught with examples of the aggressive use of force in international relations...the U.N. be da*ned. Thus, weakness such as the Ukraine agreed to in 1994 (and again in 2009) is now prima facie evidence of an invitation to being recipient of such aggression. QED P.S. - Barry Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama is still deconstructing OUR military and would like nothing more than to dismantle OUR entire nuclear deterrent capability. Whats that about those who refuse to learn the lessons of history???
