Mission Rabies is in Goa to vaccinate and sterilize around 30,000 dogs in the State. They are looking for a minimum of 14 day volunteers, who get food and board and lots of training.. Strongly recommend Mumbai road rescue people to go and at least have a look and learn. There are 2 centres ,one in Margao and one based at the International Rescue Centre in the North of Goa. Use the oppotunity and bring your animals for sterilization Feed your neighbourhood dogs for easier catching Keep a bowl of fresh water in front of your house to give relief to street animals If you see the WVSITC or Mission Rabies catchers do give them some water ,too Do not be stupid and make their lives difficult Open your homes and help..
