Missioners Log~ Its not our fault if we were born poor, but its our fault if we die poor. This IMG mission, its emotionally taxing. Absolutely. It tears and breaks my heart having to engage in a conversation with people who are suffering as a result of not having any money to support their needs. I really have to work on my emotional discipline. I feel so blessed sharing and imparting all these financial wisdom to all these people in need of it. I just hope that one of these days, they find the courage to challenge themselves to grow and make a change. In IMG, we Educate. And if you understand, we help you Execute because Knowledge is not power. It is Wisdom thats power. I will never resort to giving or selling the fish. My most beloved mentor, Jesus Christ, once said, Teach a man how to fish and that man will never be hungry for the rest of his life. Education rather than coercion. Inspire rather than require.
