Mississippi moves up 5 spots to #31 as a Nationally ranked Bicycle Friendly State released today by the League of American Bicyclists. “We want people to know that moving up five spots to #31 in Bicycle Friendliness in the nation didn’t just happen. This has been the result of advocates across the state including groups like Bike Walk Mississippi working hand in hand with MDOT officials, Legislators and members of Congress along with the League of American Bicyclists”…“We hope that people around Mississippi will see this ranking and will join the efforts as Mississippi continues to climb upwards as an even more bicycle friendly state! This is only the beginning of the movement toward the top!”
