Missoula Food Bank’s Lolo satellite pantry will not be open for its normal distribution on Wednesday, August 21. The rural pantry operates out of donated space in the Lolo Community Center from 5-7pm on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, and serves an average of 30 families. Wednesday evening’s distribution has been canceled to make space for ongoing emergency response to the Lolo Complex Fire. People in Lolo who are in need of emergency food assistance are invited to come to Missoula Food Bank’s store, located at 219 S. Third St. West in Missoula. Hours for operation are Monday – Friday, 10am-1pm and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5-7pm.
