Missy is a 14 year old 15.3 Thoroughbred x Cleveland Bay. No breeding on passport and it only has the date she was registered not her exact DOB. I bought Missy back in April of this year with every intention of keeping her but my personal circumstances have changed meaning i can no longer afford her. Missy is the most loving horse i have ever met. She will happily follow me around the field or stand to have a love. She loves being groomed and pampered and will stand there all day. Since purchasing Missy we have done several local shows entering show jumping, in hand and working hunter classes. She really enjoys jumping and has a real scopey jump with the ability to jump over a metre if asked. With the right person on her back and the facilities she would be a lovely ridden horse. (No school at my previous yard). Missy will hack out alone or in company but can be a bit of a diva at times and will spook at things sometimes for no reason. She can get very excitable especially when hacking out with others and can throw a strop if she does not get her own way. She is never nasty and will normally either reverse or put in a small rear ( never lifts off the ground more than a 8 inches max). We have also done an endurance in our local forest. She happily hacked the 3 miles there, cantered the 16 mile endurance and hacked the 3 miles home again with no problems. She was wormed a couple of weeks ago but is due for teeth and vaccinations. Currently shod on all four but will need doing again in a couple of weeks. Comes with tack and a couple of rugs. She will need a new saddle as the one she has is not the best in the world. Over the last few weeks Missy has lost some weight and condition but is now putting weight back on since i have moved her to a new yard. I have tried to be as honest as possible in my ad and i am looking for the 10* home this wonderful horse deserves. £650 with all tack and rugs i have for her. Mansfield Area
