Ingredients 12 medium strawberries use 12-15 as desired, sliced 3/4 cup(s) raspberries 1/2 cup(s) pudding, instant, vanilla, fat-free, sugar-free made with fat-free milk 6 whole graham cracker crust (tart-size) 6 tablespoon whipped dessert topping, light 6 leaves mint, fresh for garnish Serves 6 In a small bowl, mix together the strawberries and raspberries. Spoon 4 teaspoons of the pudding into each pie crust. Add about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry-raspberry mix to each pie. Top the fruit with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Garnish with mint leaves.
