Mixed emotions in the past 24 hours: happiness, sadness, feelings of promise and feelings of loss. I have spent two thirds of my life involved music semi professionally and professionally and it always hurts to lose somebody that not only has inspired you, but actually professionally helped you as well. Most of the times those types end up being life long friends and we grow up together. In the spirit of not waiting till its too late to tell someone how you feel. I want to give an extra special love letter shout out today to someone who has always been there for me in all of those complexities throughout all the ups and downs. Someone that has treated me like family and became my second older brother throughout the years. I want to remind him that he is a very unique and talented soul and is very dear to me.
