SESSIONS this week will be: No. 5 Technical Improver for BEGINNERS Wednesday 12:00-2:00pm Heather Toph, Carolyn Litchfield, Vicki Howells, Hellen Hallam, Nia Wyn, Ally Denton, Josy Daughtrey, Zoe King & Nicola Lyons. No. 1 Stance/Balance/Switch for INT/ADV Thursday 2:00pm-4:00pm Sarah Askew, Mel Wilkinson, Lauren Durno, Ellie Green, Jo Kinghorn, Amy Meleze, Lauren Green, Lucy Carter, Vanessa Hackman, Nerys Howells, Kirsty Ingram, Emma K Martin, Sinaed Maria Ginty, Sian French. Spaced limited to 10. The list is written in the order everyone contacted me. Not everyone will be able to make it so if youre busy please let me know asap by commenting below. Sessions will be available to the first 10 on the list, if any cant make it well move down the list until we reach 10. Dont worry if youve missed out. Ill run more sessions. If you booked on Nos 2, 3 or 4: In order to make the most of the time in the park, Im asking that you complete No.1 first. Most problems in freestyle generally occur as a result of poor positioning/posture/stance. It would be great to maximise park time working on park stuff for those sessions. Meet at the Maison de Tignes, Le Lac near the Credit Agricole Cashpoint. Cost is £12/€15 pp. Look forward to riding with you all. xx
