Mmmmm, this was damn good bread if I do say so. I got the recipe from a "Fall Baking" magazine special at Costco and it was well worth it. Lots of nice recipes for all kinds of baked goods and all from scratch. bhgspecials.zinio/browse/publications/index.jsp?productId=500637554&categoryId=cat2365809 Blueberry lemon bread In a medium bowl, combine: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt In a glass measuring cup, melt 1/4 cup butter and add: 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1-2 teaspoons lemon zest or lemon emulsion, or 1/2 teaspoon lemon oil Stir to combine and fold into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in 3/4-1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Please in a greased 8"x4" pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
