As a lawyer, I want evidence that you have endorsement or an affidavit from GOD that your version of Islam is the one and only truth!! DEFENDING ISLAM Sunni pressure groups are forever saying Islam is under threat and therefore they need to defend it. Defended from whom and why? Excuse me, it is not Islam the deen or the way of life that needs defending; it is Islam the Arab Religion and the whole man-made religious apparatus in Malaysia that need to be defended: JAKIM, parasite religious middle-men, ‘spiritual leaders’, semi-literate ‘preachers’. They want to defend themselves and their livelihood from an increasingly vocal, questioning, educated, urban, Muslims with an enquiring mind. These Muslims no longer believe in myths and fairy tales and mumbo jumbos. They question this, they question that, they even question the role of the extra Quranic, man-made Muslim clergy because there is none in the QRN. They get answers not from JAKIM, not from parasite religious middle-men, not from ‘spiritual leaders’, not from semi-literate ‘preachers’. They get them from books downloaded from websites and from that vast reference library: the Internet, Gods gift to mankind. They even dare to read, not chant, not sing the QRN or sway from side to side and even hold it without doing the ritual ablution or ‘wudu’. And as if that’s bad enough they read it in a language they understand. They no longer fear being denounced as apostate [murtad], lost souls [sesat] or Kaffirs, nor do they s**t in their pants when condemned to hell and damnation. Worse, they are using their brain and, horrors, they use that forbidden word WHY. I think Arab Religionists, folks at JAKIM, parasite religious middle-men, ‘spiritual leaders’ can already hear their own death knell. And all because of that simple 3-letter, monosyllabic word, WHY.
