MoTeC dealer and racer Sasha Anis from Onpoint Dyno was at VIR this past weekend driving with the Mantella Autosport #8 Aston Martin team. They were able to earn the fastest lap of the race and finish 7th overall. The car features a MoTeC C185 Color Display Logger. Here is a quote from Sasha: “The C185 was an invaluable tool for the team. As the Aston uses a stock ECU without any pit speed control, Andrew has created a separate page in the C185 to clearly indicate the pit speed limit, with the SLM warning us if we are either too slow or too fast. Using Motec’s Video Sync we were able to analyze video and data directly in i2 which was a huge advantage over looking at the data and video separately.” Great work guys! It goes to show that having a driver on your team who is also a MoTeC dealer can be quite beneficial!
