Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor - Weipa Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor •Even Time Roster(8 on 8 off) •Fly in Fly out Cairns •Expanding Business Due to on-going growth in our business, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team at Weipa QLD. As the mobile equipment supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintainers to ensure we achieve the highest safety standards, best practice preventative maintenance, equipment maintenance KPIs and people management and development. To be successful for this position you will require •Heavy Mobile Plant trade certificate/ or mechanical engineering degree •A minimum of 10 years experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi mobile equipment •Certificate 4 frontline supervision or diploma in frontline supervision. •Must display exceptional leadership qualities, good people management skills and demonstrate previous employment managing a workforce of up to 50 people. •Must have experience with computerised maintenance management systems (Wensoft GP, Caterpillar SIS) and ability to plan out major component repairs, equipment servicing and employee work rosters. •A strong commitment to safety and a culture that drives best behaviour.
