Mocha chia overnight oats!! *HIGH PROTEIN! *This recipe and MORE high protein convenient recipes will be included in my new DIET PLAN coming soon, along with a training plan! This is not one of those healthy but tasteless recipes. This actually tastes really good! And its easy to make. You just make it the night before (you can make a few servings at once) then just set it in the freezer overnight and youll have it ready to eat for breakfast when you wake up! Ingredients: -1 tbsp cocoa powder -1 cup almond milk -Half a cup of @bscnaturals WPI protein powder -2 tbsp chia seeds -1 cup rolled oats -2-3 tbsp real maple syrup -1 shot of espresso -pinch of cinnamon Directions: -blend together half the almond milk with the cocoa and espresso. -Once the cocoa has dissolved, whisk together with the above mixture the protein powder, oats, chia seed, maple syrup and cinnamon. Then add the remaining almond milk and mix till combined. -Pour into a glass jar or container, cover with a lid and set in the fridge for at least 3 hours (but I find overnight is best). -Divide mixture (should be thick like porridge) into serving portions and add fruit and nuts or bananas. -Enjoy :) @bodyscience #bodyscience #bsc #bscnaturals #teambsc
