Tejram is the fourth Hindutva terror accused to be granted bail by session’s court in Mecca Masjid blast investigation. Earlier in June 2012 Bharat Rateshwar (blast financer) got bail, Lokesh Sharma and Devender Gupta both RSS members got bail in 27 Nov 2012, in all these cases NIA was nose-dived in filing charge sheet within stipulated period of 180 days.
