Modern Spiritual Academic Management Spiritual Academic Management Development is an activity designed to improve the performance of the existing Academic-Managers (Managers and Principals of the institutions) including the teachers, provide supply of Managers to meet the needs of educational institutions in future and to facilitate understanding of the nuances of spiritual academic management activity by drawing them out from the following six resource areas: a. Karmic theory as propounded by Lord Krishan in Bhagwadgita. b. Purpose of life. Swadharam. Atm-nirikshan (Introspection) and atm-sakshatkar (Self-realisation or Self-awareness) and Atm-niyantran (Self-discipline). c. Teaching abilities along with knowledge skills being followed by the academic world. d. Educational, Social and Humanitarian aims and objectives of imparting and managing education. e. Experience, expertise and resources to be provided by the educational institution/organisation within which the academic-managers are engaged; and its optimum and appropriate use to extend its benefits to the learners/students. f. The academic-managers themselves. But the readers may note that the spiritual part remains untouched in the present scenario. Consequently the Academic managers are totally in dark about it and therefore they have failed completely to imbibe spiritual awareness among the people they work with; that is the Principals, teachers and the students. Consequently there is a steep fall in character and there prevails a chaos all around as none is being trained in Swadharam (Self-chosen duty) atm-nirikshan (Introspection) and atm-sakshatkar (Self-realisation or Self-awareness) and Atm-niyantran (Self-discipline). No one cares for the social, moral or statutory rules.
