Modern technology is a wonderful thing, but it sometimes lets us down. Ive had several instances of texts and emails going missing in the ether recently and its resulted in disappointed clients. So I thought Id let you know what my communication policy is, so youll know when communication from or to me has gone astray. I ALWAYS reply to texts and emails on the day I receive them (unless they arrive on a Sunday or Monday - because even us self-employed souls need some play time!). I ALWAYS confirm appointments, so if you confirm your end, Ill do the same. If you dont receive a confirmation from me, its because I didnt receive yours. Thanks Sue x
