Jammu-Katra Railway line was planned, funded and implemented by Railway Minister Mallikarjun Khadge (Congress) and Modi is taking all the credit by inaugurating it today. It be noted that the work was completed during UPA rule but could not be inaugurated due to rules of conduct of elections since April. BJP no.1 in taking credit, and sick media is highlighting him!
