Modified move of the day: *HOOK SQUAT Step out to a side squat and throw a hook punch like youre running your arm across a table, then step back into center and repeat on opposite side. Continue repeating this move for 30 seconds to a minute. Take a 15 to 30 second break and then repeat. Work up to five sets of the move. **I did this move a lot when I hurt my foot and couldnt run or jump. Its a great way to shape your lower body, your obliques and abs and will also give you a good cardio burn!
