Modou Musa, Seedy, Halla, Kebbeh Eye GFF presidency As nomination closes yesterday at 1500hours, four people have filed their nominations for July 31st Gambia Football Federation (GFF) elective congress. Three aspirants, former president Seedy Kinteh, Adama Halla Samba of Wallidan and Mustapha Kebbeh, the chairman of the Kanifing Municipality sports committee, have filed nomination papers for the July 31st Gambia Football Federation (GFF) presidency election. They were among the first to respond to the opening of nominations for the election last Thursday. The latest to join the race is the former treasurer of the Gambia Football Association Modou Musa who filed his nominations just before closing time yesterday was nominated by Young Africans with the backing of the Normalization committee as their candidate. Modou Musa, who served treasurer of GFA from 2001-2003 under Alhagie Gabbie Sosseh’s reign, resigned after he was involved in some financial troubles concerning GFA accounts at Trust Bank and the financing of the FIFA Goal Project in Yundum.
