Mogadishu on June 14, 2013 Somali Prime Federal Minister His Excellency Abdi Farah Shirdon and Somali Speaker of the Federal Parliament His Excellency Prof. Mohamed Sheih Osman "Jawari" would like to confirm you that the Members of Federal Parliament who held a meeting conference in Nairobi with Foreign Diplomats are not representing the Federal Government of the Republic of Somalia thus, they are representing their personal interests therefore; we are urging to the International Community that we, the Federal Government of the Republic of Somalia fully recognized how the Jubbaland State People elected their leadership democratically. As you can see that Somalia needs law and order, and we know that JUbbaland State Forces backed up by Kenyan Defense Forces rooted out Al-Shabaab linked Al-qadea operatives out of Kismayo City. Certainly, Jubbaland State President His Excellency Ahmed Mohamed Islan & the Vice-President H.E. General Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail are ready to cooperate with the Federal of the Republic of Somalia, and we deeply congratulated the people of Jubbaland State how democratically they elected their president and vice-president. The Federal Constitution states that two or more than two regions can make their semi-autonomous state therefore; JUbbaland State has fully fulfilled the constitutional mandatory of the Federal Republic of Somalia. On behalf of the Office of the Prime Minister & the Office of the Speaker of Federal Parliament, we are clearly warning to the spoilers of peace in Somalia, and there are no Members of Somali Parliament accredited to represent the Federal Parliament of Somalia in Nairobi which the Federal Parliament sat in parliamentary session to discuss about Jubbaland State. Best Wishes, Office of the Prime Minister His Excellency Abdi Farah Shirdon Office of the Speaker of Federal Parliament His Excellency Prof. Mohamed Sheih Osman "Jawari"
