And the court gave them the chance. MY RESPONSE: To the best of my layman knowledge about law, I understand that you can file a petition and amend it again (add evidence to your case). But then if you amend your case, your respondents also would have equal chance of amending their answer or response to your case as many times as you amend your own case. This was exactly the case with respect to this election petition case. Where were there defiance of a court directive here? But for the court to order that all parties must file their addresses SIMULTANEOUSLY on a said day and one party (3rd respondent) defies the order and files the next day is a disadvantage to the rest, especially the petitioners (whose case is being contested). Anyway, the Judges are wise!
