Mollie foods being delivered tomorrow (so you know your dollars are being spent on making her faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat and happy- note there are no diet foods included)- *Gluten Free Homemade Sharp Cheddar Mac & Cheese with Bentons Bacon (this will serve an ARMY of Mollies, several meals worth) *Gluten Free Meatloaf packed with Caramelized Veggies topped with Apricot-Brown Sugar Glaze (big ol pan, family style served with the following) *Dictators (garlic mashed yukon gold potatoes, inappropriately shaped (thanks Dustin Alvis for the commissioned art potatoes!) *Balsamic Roasted Green Beans *Dessert. That I havent decided on yet. Thinking Chocolate Mousse? Mollieface, whatchuwant guuuuuuuuurl. *Delicious Butterbean Cranberry Hibiscus Tea- Gallon sized. *Creamy Lemon Chicken and Rice Soup (about 6 servings) You people are all wonderfully lovely human beings, I just have to tell you. I hope that one day if Im ever in the situation that Mollie is in, I have the incredible web of support Mollie has, and her brave, enlightened attitude about everything. Its amazing the outpouring of love that Im witnessing. Just incredible.
