Mom Barnbys Cheesecake ( Mom Barnby ) CRUST: 1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup sugar ⅓ cup butter melted FILLING: 4 (8 oz pkg) cream cheese softened 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoons flour 4 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 ounce 21 can cherry pie filling optional SUBSTITUTION: amaretto for vanilla if desired Servings/Yield: 10 servings CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 springform pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 10 minutes. FILLING: Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and mix at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour mixture over baked crust. Bake at 450 deg. for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 250 deg. and continue to bake for 1 hour. Let cake cool in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before removing from oven. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
