Mom here ~ With all the excitement of Cali Blossom being sprung today......how I wish I could convey what I feel to you all!!!! I wanted to take a couple of minutes to say this - Marie Briggs is the angel and she deserves ALL the credit for this rescue. All she did was ask me to contact my girls FDM for transport needs in which I did. Not going into any detail but there was an issue that a possible foster could not help and when I got word of that my instinct kicked in and in high gear. There was no stopping to find a way so this baby girl could get her freedom. I contacted everybody I know in CA with a plea for foster help. and in the middle of this situation another one arose, a rescue needing funds for transport. I am also friends with the rescue and I let her know about KHTC and who to contact for transport there.....hehe that was the easy situation. Yes, I had every intention of taking a break from FB but when things like this occur then I cannot stop myself and say Sorry, I am taking a break and cant help. Its about saving lives, even if it is one at a time.
