Mom passed away peacefully this afternoon at 3:15. I still cant wrap my head around a world where shes not here laughing. She taught me to never turn someone away, and to help any and everyone whenever I can. You can blame her for my sense of humor, too. As of this moment, Im relieved that shes no longer in pain. The torture is over. She left a lasting legacy through the countless individuals she befriended and numerous friends of mine that she mothered. I will miss her laugh every day. I will miss her banter with my dad every night. I will miss my mom.
