#MomMeTime Scarecrows and birds go together, right?!? SCARECROW LUNGES ➡️Step leg back into reverse lunge (raising arms at 90 degrees while lunging ) ➡️Hold lunge ➡️Rotate forearms forward (fists toward floor) as you return back to starting position. ➡️15 each leg BIRD DOG (your kids will think its super cool that your 1/2 bird, 1/2 dog) ➡️Start with on your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips, while keeping your head, neck, and back straight ➡️Raise your right arm and reach it forward until it’s in line with your torso ➡️As you bring your arm forward, extend your left leg backwards until it’s straight and in line with your torso, hold for 1 second ➡️Slowly bring your arm and leg back to the ground and repeat with the opposite arm and leg. Do 15 each side.
