Moment of truth about the world since I feel sorry for myself and other incents people like me: It is called technical steeling without irritation of too money people and only the one with incent and no connection. Sometimes they pay high price even dead by none incent people who worked with them and still do but politically they do not get along but they both used incent people to do the work and while they enjoy the title and prestige and power while others do factory and road and junk works and then will be insulted in case they be tread or go to jail for sometime from up to five or 10 years or life worst case or afterword let go than so what they should do life is gone if to be out and some will deny to go out and of course they have to frame. They will use budget cut and themselves will change position to other department and save people who worked for existing department and have kissed ass and paid them commission in their home as gift so they keep their job and people who had hands in the dirty work and transferred them for example to correction department. So, if this department money is taken a way through yourself at other department where money goes but only if you had hands and connection.
